I completed the 21 reset programme and was so impressed that I signed up for the 12 week programme. The meal plans, shopping lists and recipes make following the plan very easy. In addition Fiona gives lots of excellent hints and tips about healthy eating and staying motivated to change poor food habits. I lost around 3kg during the 21 day reset but more importantly developed healthier eating habits and tried a wide range of excellent recipes. I don’t cook separate meals for the family - they are eating the same foods as me and have also seen the benefits. I am now 2 weeks into the 12 week programme and enjoying it just as much as a the 21 day reset. I don’t hesitate to recommend Fiona and the programme!

I have been a commercial dieter for most of my adult life then I came across Fees nutrition

I began with the 21 day reset then continued on my journey with Fee

I’ve gone from eating rubbish to have a weekly plan to follow

I’ve increased my fluid intake and start my day with an early breakfast making me fuller for longer

It has taught me so much and improved my focus and my perimenopause symptoms and how to avoid the diet pitfalls and sabotage

I have recently completed the 21 day fat loss course with Fiona. Looking back there were so many reasons not to start the 21 days. Holidays, birthdays, school holidays.....but I'm so glad I decided to give it a go when I did.

In the last 21 days I have lost 5lbs, spent more time in the kitchen (this is a positive, I love cooking), watched my kids eat more nutritious meals and gained more energy. I also seem to have really reduced my alcohol, I used to drink 1-2 bottles of wine a week, I now have 1-2 glasses per week (maybe less!).

On the occasion when I have eaten junk I have felt that I didn't get the energy and nutrients that I needed. I really enjoy food and cooking so using whole foods has been brilliant (it's how I used to eat before I came a parent and I had time to cook!!).

It's been a lovely motivating group and Fiona has been there every day for us. It has definitely kick-started something for me, so much so that I have just signed up to the next 12 week course. I would absolutely recommend Fiona for anyone wanting long term, positive change.
