Finding My Own Pace
Front Row Seat + Goodies
Front Row Seat + Goodies
Iβm writing a new book! Finding My Own Pace is the heart of everything Iβve learned over the past 15 years β through misdiagnosis, trial and error, and slowly shifting from moderate to mild symptoms of chronic illness.
This is the clear, brain fog-friendly guide I always wished existed.
And Iβm creating it chapter by chapter β with you.
Iβm releasing each chapter as part of a free audiobook-style YouTube series.
But by joining this early access crew, youβll get:
Your support helps me write. You get practical, hard-won tools β and help make this work available to others, too.
After 11 years of blogging and sharing over 300 free resources, I realized: thereβs no easy way to pull it all together. This book is the concise, edited, cozy version β a compassionate guide for anyone living with fatigue or chronic illness.
And it marks a shift in my work:
From nonfiction to cozy fiction, with chronic illness representation baked in.
Iβm so excited to share whatβs next β and even more grateful to do it with you.
This [Fibromyalgia Won't Win] is the book I wish I had at the beginning of my journey. Full of current and relevant information related to chronic pain and fibromyalgia. There are no gimmicks, no promises, no fast pitches, only factual real life relatable data that helped me make more informed decisions about my medical care.
An empowering book stuffed full of tools for people with FM and other energy/pain diagnoses. A very easy to read collection of personal experience, anecdotes and research.
Inspiring, educational, and an important read for fibromyalgia patients!
This is what you get immediately, more is added as we go.
To be clear, all the goodies you immediately receive (and get ongoing) total well above what you're paying.
These resources are designed to help you right now β while supporting the creation of something that will help others, too. Itβs a true win-win. π
I think it was exceptional. I am dealing with the idea that this will never go away. I think that is my biggest struggle. Other ailments or conditions I have had in the past there has been an operation or cure. It's a bit overwhelming on my flare days.
I really love everything that you have for all of us suffering from this painful life we live.
Love how practical these tips are and how they take into account how "life" comes into play with pacing.
