Here’s how it works:
- Pick one exercise from each column
- Next round, add another from each column
- Keep stacking. Keep moving.
- Repeat from the top, adding on each round until your chosen workout duration is complete.
Choose your level:
- 💪 Equipment Version: Dumbbells, TRX/suspension trainer, skipping rope, bench, dead ball, sandbag, kettlebell.
- 🔥 No Equipment Version: Stick with bodyweight exercises and let the volume do the damage.
