  4. Repeat from the top, adding on each round until your chosen workout duration is complete.


Choose your level:


  • 💪 Equipment Version: Dumbbells, TRX/suspension trainer, skipping rope, bench, dead ball, sandbag, kettlebell.
  • 🔥 No Equipment Version: Stick with bodyweight exercises and let the volume do the damage.
