This lesson is designed primarily for riders who are relatively new to dressage test movements at Prelim level and focuses on riding different-sized circles and centre-lines in particular. It would also benefit anyone at Prelim/Novice level looking for a good practice session or to improve the accuracy of movements.
Your trainer for this lesson is Kim Ratcliffe, a British Dressage trainer and List 1 Dressage Judge.
This session is 14 minutes and 39 seconds in length, and is designed to be listened to whilst you are riding your horse. You should ensure that you and your horse are warmed up before starting this lesson. Lessons are optimised for use in a 20m x 40m arena. A pdf lesson diagram is also included.
