Hello, One of your sellers sent me link to this video.
I’m trying to purchase an ebook from one of your sellers.
One of your staff helped me, but I’m still not able to make the purchase.
How do I make a purchase? I see that I will click on the book and purchase, that’s not the problem. My question is how do I get to the buyer’s link to make the purchase? or How do I locate of the books on payhip?
The seller is Harry Shannon Phillips and book is The Phillips Book 1995

Hi Cynthia,
Payhip doesn’t have a centralized marketplace where you can search for products. Instead, every seller has their own dedicated store that they use to promote their products. If you want to buy a product from someone, you’ll need to have the link to their store. Although I did a quick search online and found the seller’s store.
After I purchase an ebook from payhip where do I access the book from? When I want to read it?

After purchasing an eBook from one of our sellers, you will automatically receive an Email Receipt that contains the link to download the book. You’re free to read it on your preferred devices at any time as you would have your own digital copy.

How went I sent the link of my customers they cannot open the link. Actually I too am not sure what the link is.

Hi Teo, Payhip doesn’t have a centralized marketplace where customers can search for products. Instead, every seller has their own dedicated store that they use to promote their products. To find your store URL so that you can share it with your customers, scroll down on your Payhip dashboard homepage – your URL will be over on the right-hand side.
