Practical Visual Guides for Spinal and Extremity Assessment

A comprehensive collection of 90+ focused orthopedic testing guides designed for chiropractic students, interns, new graduates and practicing clinicians.

PLEASE NOTE:

Important: OT and ST-USG Are Two Separate Study Guide Libraries

The Orthopedic Testing (OT) Series and the Student Universal Study Guide (ST-USG) Series are separate educational resources. Purchasing one series does not automatically include the other.

The ST-USG Series is a broad academic and clinical study library. Its 64 guides cover a wide range of subjects encountered throughout chiropractic education, providing students with concise resources for reviewing foundational sciences, clinical sciences, diagnosis, examination, professional practice, and other important areas.

The OT Series has a different purpose. It is a specialized 92-guide orthopedic examination library devoted specifically to the spine and extremities. The guides focus on selecting and applying orthopedic tests, recognizing positive findings, choosing confirmatory tests, differentiating similar clinical presentations, and integrating examination findings into clinical reasoning.

In simple terms:

ST-USG = WHAT you need to know across chiropractic education.

OT = HOW you assess and differentiate musculoskeletal conditions using orthopedic examination and testing.

The two libraries therefore complement rather than duplicate one another. A student may use ST-USG to develop the broader knowledge required for coursework, clinic preparation, and board review, while using the OT Series to strengthen practical orthopedic examination and clinical decision-making skills.

Purchasing Options

The OT Series is purchased separately from ST-USG. You may purchase an individual OT regional collection—Cervical, Thoracic/Chest, Shoulder, Elbow, Wrist/Hand, Lumbar/SI, Hip, Knee, or Ankle/Foot—or choose OT-B01, which contains the complete 92-guide Orthopedic Testing Library.

Already own ST-USG? The OT Series provides an additional, more focused orthopedic testing resource.

Already own OT? ST-USG remains the broader study-guide library for subjects extending well beyond orthopedic testing.

Two different libraries. Two different purposes. Designed to work together.
