“On the Right, Track”
On the right of this image is the viaduct supporting the Snowdon Mountain Railway track, built in 1896. You walk under this bridge on the path to the local waterfall in Llanberis.
The angle of this image exaggerates the steepness of the track, with the Victorian architecture offset by the grand tree on the left. Through the gap you glimpse some of the surrounding mountains. I gave this image a rusty orange tinge, to capture the contrast and accentuate the traditional stonework.
