“On Top of the World”
I’m grateful to the lady who stood in my panoramic shot, while looking East from atop Snowdon. I particularly like her striking yellow jacket against the sunlit parts of the landscape below. The large depth of field in this Snowdon stock photo also allows you to see the details of all she can see, as she stands ‘on top of the world’.
Llyn Llydaw shimmers a deep blue below, while a layer of slightly broken low cloud hovers ahead. Llynnau Mymbyr can be seen in the distance, with occasional flecks of the Nantygwryd River lit by the sun on the way there. The peak of Moel Siabod can be observed in the middle of the image.
I’ve given this a slightly more unusual aspect ratio of 9:4 (9x4, 18x8, 27x12, 36x16), so feel free to crop off the edges if you prefer. Whether you’d like to print it out or use as an awesome website banner image, your viewers will be impressed.
