NIST CSF 2.0 Essentials
NIST CSF 2.0 is the common language boards, examiners and insurers now use to ask about cybersecurity. Version 2.0 added GOVERN, and most organizations discover their largest gaps there.
This package gives you an honest, item-by-item baseline against NIST Cybersecurity Framework 2.0. Every subcategory is already in the workbook. Score each on a 0 to 5 maturity scale, set a target, and the workbook calculates the gap, places each gap in a wave (Do first, Do next, Do later) and flags what is not assessed, gaps with no owner and any level 3 or higher claim with no evidence behind it.
The summary tab rolls everything up by function with a current-versus-target chart you can put straight into a leadership report.
It also includes the three foundation policies every program starts with, each paired with a full technical procedure: governance that names no tools, and step-by-step execution with placeholders for your tools, settings and screenshots.
What is included
1. NIST-CSF-2-Assessment.xlsx: the full assessment, summary and chart.
2. NIST-CSF-2-Essentials-Guide.pdf: the framework explained, the maturity scale, honest scoring and your first 30 days.
