New Feature: Customer Reviews
One of the most highly requested features from a lot of sellers has been customer reviews. We’ve super happy to finally announce the release of this feature.
You’ll now be able to display reviews on your product pages from your customers. This is an example of how it can look:
There are two ways that people can leave reviews for your products:
- Clicking on the “Write a Review” button on product pages
- After purchase we can wait a specified number of days before emailing customers asking them to leave a review
We’ll also be able to detect which reviewers have purchased the product they’re reviewing and display a “Verified Buyer” badge next to their review.

Can customers post photographs on the review?
Not at this time, however, it does make sense to have this enabled especially for physical products. It’s not on our immediate product roadmap so I can’t say when or if we might implement your feedback, but it will be on our radar!
Can I import reviews from another store (eg my Etsy store)?
Yes, you can send a request via email (email@example.com) for this. It’s important you’ve added all your products to your Payhip store before we can migrate the reviews.
