Hi, I’m a fiction author, chronic illness advocate, and mama to four small boys. I write heartfelt contemporary romance and cozy short stories featuring strong women, slow-burning love, and meaningful friendships. My stories often explore themes of resilience, mindfulness, and learning to live well with chronic illness.

Alongside my fiction, I’ve created over 300 videos sharing practical insights for living as well as possible with chronic pain and fatigue. I’ve also written four nonfiction books for adults and three for children, all designed to offer encouragement, gentle strategies, and hope.

Whether through story or support, my goal is to remind readers that even in the hardest seasons, we are still worthy of love, connection, and joy.
