Kambria Caldwell, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist

Meet Kambria Caldwell, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist

I always felt that I was called to help others. Growing up in South Los Angeles, California I grew up around artists, musicians, poets, leaders, evangelists/pastors, givers, and eccentrics from all walks of life. I discovered how much I enjoyed listening to people, problem-solving, and motivating others to succeed and explore their authentic selves. I started off as a student mentor at the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) and continued on to work with children, families and adults in the non-profit setting. In 2015 I obtained my license as a Marriage and Family Therapist and continued to grow as a Therapist, Clinical Supervisor, and Program Manager. My passion for mental health work led me to founding my own private practice called Self Love is The Key Marriage & Family Therapy Corporation where I provide individualized therapy services to all.

I am excited that the stigma of mental health is fading away and we are in an era where self-care, self-love, and work-life balance are being discussed on a larger platform. It is a wonderful time to be a therapist with the ability to provide mental health services to any and everyone in the comfort of their own homes. Telehealth and the development of mental health workbooks and other tools has removed barriers to obtaining mental health support. I am enjoying being a part of the new frontier of Psychology.

You are worth being celebrated!
