Path to Par Beach, Cornwall
Between Polkerris and Par is a clifftop coastal path offering stunning views of the headlands, beaches, and out to sea. This scene caught my eye, as you broach the brow of the hill along the coast path towards Par.
I liked the hopeful bleakness of this scene, grassy winding coast path connecting with the peeling waves on Par beach a mile in the distance. I’ve stylised the scene in soft peach and greens, to emphasise the bleakness of this wintry day.
You might also like my view looking East over Polkerris and the headland beyond, or my more natural view of the Coast Path to Par.
