Church Avenue Walkway, Fowey
On this bright Autumn day, the skies around Fowey were dappled with cloud. The scene became quite dramatic in the late afternoon low sun, casting dramatic shadows all around. Here’s a view from a charming walkway off Church Avenue, showcasing quaint cottages with the tower of Fowey’s 14th century Church of St Fimbarrus as the backdrop.
The details and textures on the surrounding stone walls and foliage are accentuated in this stylised image, with emphasis on the copper autumnal colours, while the rest are desaturated into cooler tones.
