North Street, Fowey
Here’s another and more zoomed in view of North Street, just up the road from Du Maurier Reach. Again, this street is steeped in traditional Cornish architecture, with the charmingly uneven cottages hugging the narrow street.
I’ve given the image an artistic duotone of pink and aqua, to contrast against the ochre stone and rendering. One of the vintage lampposts stands proudly at the central focal point. The eye is drawn to this, then obediently wanders on around the corner having read the sign ‘Restricted Zone. No stopping at any point.’
See the image previews for both the overall image, then examples of zoomed-in detail.
