The Ultimate Going Our Own Pace Bundle
The top tools I'd share with you after 20 years of lived experience, research and resource creation.
The top tools I'd share with you after 20 years of lived experience, research and resource creation.
I'm a mama who's lived with chronic pain and fatigue for more than 20 years. For the past decade I've been researching, experimenting, and building resources to help manage chronic symptoms — because I needed them myself. Finding My Own Pace is the honest, edited account of how I moved from moderate to severe symptoms toward a milder life: my journey, the treatments that helped, and the evidence-based tools I kept coming back to. No big promises. No false hope. Just real experience and solid research.
The rest of this bundle targets the areas where I know we need the most support — tracking symptoms, preparing for medical appointments, getting on top of sleep, pacing with intention, learning about Low Dose Naltrexone, and trying my all-time favourite tool: Yoga Nidra.
What's inside
Everything you need to understand your body, manage your symptoms, and build a pace that actually works for your life — all in one place.
Worth over $100 when purchased separately.
Get the condensed guidebook, build your symptom management plans, improve your sleep, track your energy, and more — at your own pace, in your own time.
Everything is digital. After purchase you'll receive instant access to your downloads — eBooks in PDF format, spreadsheets in Excel/Google Sheets compatible format, and the micro courses as guided content you can work through in your own time. No subscriptions, no apps. Yours to keep.
You don't need to do anything at once — that would rather defeat the purpose. Whether you're newly diagnosed or decades in, the bundle is designed to be dipped into. Start wherever feels most relevant to where you are right now. If you're not sure, I'd suggest beginning with Finding My Own Pace for the bigger picture, then picking one practical tool to try alongside it.
Honestly, a bit of both. It's the edited, condensed account of my own journey — what I tried, what helped, what the research says — written as a practical guide rather than a story. It's not a clinical textbook, and it's not a personal diary. It sits somewhere in between, which I think is where most of us actually need information to live.
Yoga Nidra is a guided rest practice — sometimes called yogic sleep — that takes you into a deeply relaxed state between waking and sleeping. No experience, flexibility, or equipment needed. It's genuinely my favourite tool in this whole bundle, and I think it'll surprise you.
LDN stands for Low Dose Naltrexone, a medication some people with chronic pain and fatigue conditions have found helpful. The eBook covers what it is, the research behind it, and how to have an informed conversation with your doctor about whether it might be worth exploring. It is not medical advice, and I'm not suggesting it's right for everyone.
I'm not a doctor or any other type of medical professional, and nothing in this bundle replaces medical care or advice. What I am is someone who has spent 20 years living with these conditions and a decade deep in the research. Everything I share is grounded in evidence where it exists, and clearly framed as personal experience where it doesn't. I'm not here to sell you false hope — I'm here to share what's actually helped me and what the evidence supports.
You can use this text to share details about your product or anything at all that you'd like your customers to know about. A bite sized snippet of information that can help answer customers questions. This section can be a great help in a lot of different circumstances. Instead of bamboozling visitors with a wall of text, FAQ sections allow them to see a well organised list of headings which they can drill down into to learn more.
Yes — most of these are available separately in my Payhip store. The bundle exists because buying everything together saves you significantly on the individual prices, and because these tools genuinely work best alongside each other.
Because these are digital products with instant access, I'm not able to offer refunds as standard. If you have a question about whether the bundle is right for you before purchasing, feel free to get in touch — I'd rather help you decide than have you buy something that isn't a good fit.
I'm a mama of four small children, living with multiple chronic illnesses, working part time in the non-profit sector, and somehow also writing books — fifteen of them so far, including five nonfiction books for adults, five for children, and three fiction stories featuring characters with chronic illness, because representation matters.
I've been living with chronic pain and fatigue for over 20 years, and spending the last decade turning that experience into something useful — researching, experimenting, and creating resources that meet people where they actually are.
My formal background includes a 200-hour yoga teacher certification with additional training in chair and restorative yoga, and a 200-hour meditation teacher certification with specialist training in Yoga Nidra. But honestly, my most relevant qualification is having tried almost everything in this bundle on my worst days, in my most exhausted moments, and kept coming back to it.
When I'm not doing all of the above, you'll find me with excellent coffee, outside whenever possible, reading, writing something new, or crocheting at a pace that feels suspiciously like a metaphor.
Come find me at Going Our Own Pace on Substack and Instagram — I'd love to have you in the community.
