“The Undomestic Chef” is a collection of mouth-watering recipes that are delicious, nutritious and waist-friendly: low in sugar and fat and high in protein and fiber. These recipes are easy to make and take no time at all. If you know me well, you’ll know that I proudly call myself the “undomesticated chef” – in that I refuse to spend copious amounts of time in the kitchen when I could be devoting my time to other more exciting things! Healthy eating CAN be tasty! It MUST be tasty. All it takes is just a bit of creativity, imagination and using the right ingredients. I hope you enjoy them as much as I did creating them!
