I’m Zebastian Gudmundsson, the coach behind Hyrox Fitness — a project built from over ten years of coaching experience across endurance, strength, and HYROX preparation.
My background includes years of competing in obstacle races, ultramarathons, and HYROX — experiences that have shaped how I understand endurance, recovery, and structure in training.
Hyrox Fitness grew out of a wish to share that approach through clear, well-designed programs and guides. Each plan is grounded in the same principles I apply when working with athletes — practical, measurable, and adaptable to real-life training.
What connects all of it is a belief that training should build both capacity and confidence.
