Help Your Child Discover Who They Are, Together

The From Sidekick to Superhero: Hero’s Journey series is a parent + child reflection series designed to help families slow down, talk openly, and explore the life lessons behind the story in a simple, meaningful way, without reading the story.

Unlike the original companion workbook, this series is created for parents and children to complete side by side. Through the Hero’s Journey series, families will:

⭐ Create space for meaningful parent-child conversations

⭐ Explore identity, values, strengths, and self-awareness

⭐ Help children understand their emotions and inner world

⭐ Practice gratitude, kindness, confidence, and reflection

⭐ Build screen-free moments of connection and growth

⭐ Learn lessons together instead of simply teaching them

This workbook series helps parents and children turn everyday moments into opportunities for connection, self-discovery, and growth.

Because helping children discover their inner superhero often starts with growing alongside them.

About Me

Over the years, I learned powerful life lessons about confidence, resilience, kindness, and self-belief. I often found myself wishing I had learned them much earlier, so I began teaching my players.

Watching them grow in confidence and discover their strengths inspired me to write From Sidekick to Superhero. My hope is simple: to help children discover the hero that's already inside them.
