I’m a painter from Alaska, now living in Korea after many years in Japan. Each place I’ve called home shapes my work—land, sea, and the people and living things that share those spaces.

My style sits between impressionism and realism. Up close, my brushstrokes break into small, dash-like marks; from a distance, they come together into something just clear enough to feel like a memory. I work primarily in professional-grade gouache and watercolor, using rich color to capture fleeting, dreamlike moments.
