Serious call to cyber civil disobedience
Civil disobedience is the active, professed refusal of a citizen to obey certain laws of the state, and/or demands, orders, and commands of a government, or of an occupying international power. Civil disobedience is sometimes defined as having to be nonviolent to be called civil disobedience. Civil disobedience is sometimes, therefore, equated with nonviolent resistance.
Hacker activism and ethics? Robin hood hackers?

Considering the potential for hacker activism with our growing dependance on technology for daily life and indeed control of populations by companies, governments and agencies I wanted a fresh paper on the definition, examples and ethics of hacking for positive effect.
Also posing the question, would have Robin Hood approved of using technology for equality on financial and information sharing? Pressing a reset button every year for all people to have the same amount of money eliminating inequality?
