Disappointed with the recycled Juvenile robot her parents gave her for her birthday, Sanna tries to ignore the machine, but she does give him the name of Jade.

Recycled Juvenile robots in their area begin to disappear, and Sanna is convinced the thieves are after Jade. She realises life without him would be unbearable, but can she save him from the thieves?
